Nature's Gatorade: Sweet & Salty Adrenal Tonic

INGREDIENTS

  • Spring or filtered water

  • Coconut water

  • Aloe Vera juice or cream of tartar

  • Celtic sea salt

  • Lemon

  • Honey

RECIPE

In a large mason jar fill ½ spring water and ½ coconut water leaving a small gap at the top for more ingredients.

Squeeze half a fresh lemon, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera juice or ¼ tsp of cream of tartar (this is down to preference (both are a great source of potassium but some people don’t go great on aloe, others love it!)

Add ¼ tsp of celtic sea salt and 1 teaspoon of raw honey.

Swap half the amount of coconut water for coconut milk, add a scoop of collagen and blend to make it a creamy protein rich adrenal cocktail! I love this at night time.
