Nature's Gatorade: Sweet & Salty Adrenal Tonic

INGREDIENTS

RECIPE

In a large mason jar fill ½ spring water and ½ coconut water leaving a small gap at the top for more ingredients.

Squeeze half a fresh lemon, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera juice or ¼ tsp of cream of tartar (this is down to preference (both are a great source of potassium but some people don’t go great on aloe, others love it!)

Add one dropper of Shilajit, making sure you purchase one thats free of heavy metals, the one I use is linked here you can get a discount using the code GG at checkout

Add ¼ tsp of sea salt, I use celtic sea salt and 1 teaspoon of raw honey.

Swap half the amount of coconut water for coconut milk, add a scoop of collagen and blend to make it a creamy protein rich adrenal cocktail! I love this at night time.
