One of the most common questions I get on Instagram is, what can I use to work on my mental health that doesn’t cost the earth.

Let’s explore my favourite resources from workouts, guided meditations and breathwork that are completely free.

Yoga can be costly at $25 a class, or on a subscription, I hunted down my favourite yogi’s you can get access to for free.

Youtube yogi’s, the best thing about this is they get paid by Youtube because you guys are watching and you guys get the classes at no cost!

Now, you can just go to Youtube and find a bunch of great free resources but I selected these for you.

Free guided meditations

My absolute favourite has to be Insight timer because they have such a huge library and it’s completely free, always.

They have whole channels to help you sleep, decrease anxiety and relieve stress.

My favourite zen music on Spotify!

Honestly, I will never go past “the sounds of nature” on Spotify, I also love to have it playing in the background while I work.

Now there’s no excuses! xx
